Plans in final review

Pricing built for teams
that live in chat.

We’re finalizing plans with early-access teams. Here’s how pricing will work, what will shape your cost, and how to get pricing details for your team first.

Plans

Plans are in final review.

We’d rather publish pricing that’s right than pricing that changes next month. When plans go live, every card on this page will spell out the same five things, so comparing them is easy.

Want numbers for your team now?

Tell us your team size and the channels you use. We’ll share pricing details directly while plans are being finalized.

What every plan will spell out
  1. 1Who it’s forA plain description of the team the plan fits.
  2. 2Price and unitExactly what you pay for: seats, channels, or both.
  3. 3Channels includedWhich channels are included and how many numbers or accounts.
  4. 4Automation & AIAny usage limits, stated up front.
  5. 5Provider feesWhether channel providers charge extra, and where to see it.
What shapes your price

Three things decide what you pay.

We’re designing pricing around how conversation-led teams actually work. These are the inputs we’re building plans on. Final structure and amounts will be listed here when plans are published.

01

Your team

The people who reply to customers and work deals. Plans should make sense for a small team today and keep making sense as you hire.

02

The channels you connect

Start with the channels your customers already use and add others as they become available. Each plan will state which channels it includes.

Statuses: in development · launch channel, next after launch, planned.

03

Messaging provider fees

Some channels carry fees set by the provider, not by us. We’ll show them clearly next to your subscription instead of hiding them in it.

How these fees work
Messaging fees

Two kinds of cost. Always shown apart.

Business messaging channels are run by their providers, and some providers charge businesses to send messages. Those fees aren’t set by inChat. Here’s how they fit next to your subscription.

WhatsApp

Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform)
What the provider may charge
Meta charges businesses for certain messages, such as business-initiated template messages. Rates depend on the message category and the recipient’s country.
Before you can send
A WhatsApp Business account and an approved sender are required.

SMS

US mobile carriers
What the provider may charge
Business texting in the US usually involves carrier registration (A2P 10DLC) and per-message carrier fees.
Before you can send
Your business and messaging use case are registered before sending at volume.

Next and planned channels

We’ll list any provider fees and setup requirements for these channels before they become available in inChat.

Provider fees and requirements are set by each provider and can change. Check the provider’s current terms for exact rates.

Ask us something else

Once plans are final. We’re working through them with early-access teams first, and they’ll see pricing before it appears on this page. We’d rather publish pricing that’s right than pricing that changes soon after.

We’re designing plans around two inputs: the people on your team who work in the inbox, and the channels you connect. The final structure, and what each plan includes, will be listed here when it’s published.

Some channels are run by providers that charge businesses to send messages. For example, Meta charges for certain WhatsApp messages, and US carriers apply registration and per-message fees to business texting. These fees aren’t set by inChat. We’ll show them separately from your subscription.

Each plan will state which channels it includes. Channel availability is also changing as we build: WhatsApp and SMS come first, Instagram is next, and Messenger and Telegram are planned.
